•  Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has his/her own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.

All About OGD Cakes:

• You may come across images of cakes on the OGD website that feature certain accessories such as cake stands and cutlery. We include these accessories for presentation purposes only and they are not delivered with the cakes.

• The cakes that you receive may look different from the images displayed on the website. As individual bakers have their own styles of presentation and baking, there may be variations.

• We pack the cakes to be delivered in cardboard boxes and all our cakes are hand-delivered.

Delivery Information:

• If ingredients are not available for a certain cake, we may take a longer time to deliver it. We generally wait for some time until we find the right ingredients. In case the exact ingredients are not available, we may occasionally use substitutes.

• The estimated delivery date and time also depends on the accessibility of the location where the cake is to be delivered.

• We will not attempt cake delivery more than once as cakes are perishable. You also cannot change the delivery address once the order is confirmed.

Storage:

• Store cream cakes inside refrigerators and fondant cakes inside air-conditioned environments.

• Always serve our cakes at room temperature and to have the best experience, we recommend eating the entire cake within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

• Remove inedible figurines and decorative items from the cakes (if any) before serving them.

• Keep the cake away from heat.
