• We deliver our cakes by hand and the cakes are packaged in strong and durable cardboard boxes.

Other Delivery-Related Information

• The estimated date and time of delivery provided by OGD depends on the availability of the ingredients required to create the cake that you order. It may also take us longer to deliver to remote locations.
• OGD may occasionally substitute certain ingredients in case of unavailability.
• OGD will only attempt to deliver your ordered cake once as cakes are perishable items. Once you place an order, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Storage Information

• Refrigerators are recommended for storing cream cakes, while air-conditioned environments are recommended for fondant cakes.
• Do not expose the cake to heat and always serve it at room temperature.
• Figurines added to certain cakes may be attached using toothpicks or other inedible support structures. Please remove them before serving such cakes.
• For the best experience, we recommend eating our delivered cake within 24 hours.
